Preparations for Invest Rajasthan Summit gained momentum, a site inspection by Additional Chief Secretary Ms. Vinu Gupta
Preparations for Invest Rajasthan Summit are in full swing. Ms. Vinu Gupta, Additional Chief Secretary, Industries and Commerce , held an important meeting with all the stake holders on the preparations done so far and gave necessary instructions.
Along with the meeting held at JECC situated in Sitapura, Ms. Vinu Gupta also conducted site recce according to the mapping . After reviewing preparations related to the summit including Seating plan for visitors, entrepreneurs, VIPs, media and other dignitaries, registration, venue plan, parking plan, traffic system, cleanliness, law and order , instruction were given to the concerned officials.
Additional Chief Secretary also informed that participation of about 3000 organizations is expected at Invest Rajasthan, which will be hosted on 7th & 8th October at JECC Sitapura, in Jaipur. NRR Session, Startup Conclave, Tourism Conclave, Agri Business Conclave, Future Ready Sectors Conclave to be held on 7th October in 3 halls and MSME conclave on 8th October.
Ms. Vinu Gupta also informed that the concerned departments are looking forward to the summit and are making proper arrangements. Successful organisation of Invest Rajasthan Summit will be a matter of pride not only for the department but also for the state. It is worth noting that an investment of about Rs 10 lakh crore is proposed to be made in Rajasthan through the summit.
BIP commissioner Mr. Om Kasera, RIICO manager Mr. Shivprasad Nakate, Department of Information and Public relations , Police Commissionerate, Traffic, Food and Civil supplies, JDA, Nagar Nigam Heritage and greater authorities, as well as related officials, were present during this meeting.
